Hello 2011

This champagne punch would be a delicious companion to a night of festivities. 
Jerry Thomas’ Champagne Punch
  • 1 Bottle Champagne
  • 2 oz Sugar
  • 1 Orange Sliced
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 3 Slices of Pineapple
  • 2 oz Raspberry Syrup (or Grenadine) 
In a punch bowl, dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice. Slice orange very thinly. Add Champagne, syrup, orange slices, and pineapple to bowl. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with fruits in season.
