Perfect Little Ballet Flat

I am finally back from New York, it was a crazy busy trip, but thankfully I did get a chance to shop. And while in the SoHo I stumbled across the most adorable little flats by Bloch. Now here's the big question, do I need another pair of black flats? Hmmmm, internal struggle.
